INFORMATION
All information held by me and Soothe Massage is treated as private and confidential. It will be used only by me and will never be disclosed or given to anybody else.

CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours in advance without exception. As a small business, this ensures I am able to manage bookings in a way that ensures all clients get the best service.  Please contact me by email to cancel your appointment.

Cancellations made more than 24hrs in advance will have appointment fees refunded to the original payment method.

There will be no reimbursement in cases where cancellations are made less than 24hrs in advance.

DEFERRAL or TERMINATION OF TREATMENT
The therapist can halt or defer treatment at any stage if there are contra-indications for medical or other conditions, which may raise concerns with safety, health or wellbeing for either the client or the therapist.

OUTCOMES OF TREATMENTS
Every body responds differently to massage and treatments, and results and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

I reserve the right to cancel, terminate, defer or otherwise refuse the treatment for any client, at my discretion.  In this instance, full payment will be required and no refund given. examples of circumstance include the client being under the influence of alcohol or drugs; leud and unacceptable behaviour by the client; undisclosed medical conditions which affect treatment.
